Seeing the B 17 was the highlight of my trip to Duxford a few years ago.

She's part of why I grew up liking classic warbirds.

There used to a drama show on television (when I a wee lad) called 'We'll Meet Again', the opening (or end credits) featured Sally 'B' taking off.
Just one long continuous shot of her approaching towards the camera slowly getting larger & larger, until right at the end, she just gracefully lifts off.. all the time ghostly music in the background. It left an indelible image on my young mind.
