SAS A.T.C. work in progress
This is my work in progress so far. I have way more money in this project then I should have , but got it in my head that a NF NIGHT SCRAMBLER was the way to go & not paint a American A.P.C. black. so between the scrambler ($60) & a large selection of stickers (yet to be put on) I've kinda got stuck with it. I cant really justify painting any ATC parts for this as they cost to much & are quite difficult for me to obtain. I really wanted to get the A.T.C. top turret painted grey with yellow missiles, but it would just cost to much money to do so . so this is basically what it will look like finished , with the addition of stickers. I have some yellow shipping labels I was thinking of using for as stripes to give it a "A.T.C. look" about it, but then I'm thinking I may want to go with the yellow stripes for sale in the store on this site ? I'm completely open to any suggestions, opinions & observations.

Looking good. I like it. Go for a dark grey canopy with black turret. You could add black camo to the canopy and some yellow hubcaps.

Yeah I was kinda thinking something along those lines for the turret & hood , but needed to hear some positive reinforcement - Thank you for that. I know it needs some yellow, but I have so much money invested in those tyres, I dont think I can commit to that ? However I will take it under advisement. long over due PM headed your way buddyRed Baron wrote:Looking good. I like it. Go for a dark grey canopy with black turret. Very Nice:)
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
Re: SAS A.T.C. work in progress
Great work so far. Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but I think it would look good with black canopy and grey camo. As for the missiles how about making one out of black plasticard for the rail, for the pivot a bit from an SAS vehicle machine gun (the one on the boat patrol) and some yellow Q force Stingray missiles which do come up on ebay. Saying that I'm sure some of us might have a few lying around (I'll have a look).

Grey with black camo I reckon. How about a wolverine launcher in the turret possie? Great idea though, mate.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

as I said I used a NIGHT FORCE NIGHT SCRAMBLER for my start. this my seem a bit to much , but ironically there one up for auction right now on ebay. its a great starting point & you may be able to sell the orange NF parts to cover some of the expense ?
