STAR WARS Comics, 1990-2003 Entire run FOR SALE

Post by Graham_UK »

Hi all, Rather than start a new thread I thought I'd bump this one and turn it into a sales thread.

I have near enough a complete Star Wars Comic run from 1990-about 2003/4. I have started to list them on eBay but TBH the postage on bulk comics is a killer, maximum postage £4!

If anyone is after a specific comic, I'd prefer to sell in a "Run" but let me know, Im going to be charging a reasonable ammount for each set but offers are welcome, PM with your email and I'll get some pics sent :-)

Looking at AF and BAF comics recently a run seems to be the way to go for those at least.

Yeah, I think listing them in "Runs" may be easier too! I've been scanning eBay for a while and I know they're not of any great value but I certainly don't want to just give them away!

A nice way to get round the max postage thing is to list them as collection and in the listing say you will post at their cost or allow them to arrange a carrier via parcel2go or something. Ive done that with a few big lots and its worked well, generally collection only lots generate a fair few emails checking if they will post.

Totally know what you mean! I've got tons of comics of various genres, that I will be needing to get rid of in the forseeable, but they go for like 99p! So less than it'd cost to sell on eBay, but I just can't bring myself to chuck them!! I'll either end up listing them in runs, or even toying with the idea of seeing if a comic shop want to have them for nothing to sell! Even if they just get a quid each for them I'd rather help out a small business than fill a landfill!

Anyway, sorry to ramble - good luck with the sales!! If I had more space and more time to read stuff I'd be having a few!
