French AF Insert Booklet

Has any one ever seen this booklet

Reason i ask is that if you look at the zforce team photo. breaker has camo spotted legs. i have an att breaker that has spotted legs that i said thats looked odd. its not marker i tryed to pub it off. it is fully painted up to the leg joints. stange

I've bought many AF in my childhood (I live in France) and I've never seen this booklet in any toys I've bought (carded figures or vehicles). I've collected AF since wave 1, until the Gi Joe enter the line.
Maybe it's a Belgian insert ?
