Retaliation wave 2 in stock

Post by ExtnsvEnterprise »

Looks like there are several outlets that have the wave 2 Retaliation figures and vehicles.

Question is; is any one actually interested in this wave? The only things I'm interested in are the Roadblock, Flint [maybe] and the two three-packs. Other than that, I couldn't care less. The rest seem to be retreads/carry-overs from wave 1 and characters that have better figures coming out in the following couple waves [I'm looking at you battle luge Firefly].

Anyone here actually excited for this wave?

Wave 2 only has a few new figures, it's mostly wave 1 figures in the cases so I can see why interest is a little low. It's basically only 2 different characters (Flint and Firefly).

Red ninja are not lasers!

I'm pretty excited for most of the wave. Flint I'll hold off on 'til I see the movie, but Firefly, Roadblock, SE, Lady Jaye, I'll be getting most of 'em. I got the whole first wave bar Duke and the Cobra Trooper, doubt I'll get Mouse, though. With a name like Mouse you know he's gonna be lame! It's like Mouse from the Matrix, he's gonna be really underwhelming.

GeneralsJoes has a picture of the new Mouse figure, not a stunning figure I must admit. I particularly dislike the mustard coloured guns.

LOOK OUT! HE'S GOT A MUSTARD GUN! Are we talking french or english? Looks like english mustard... If it's french we should be alright, but english mustard in the eye could stop us in our tracks!

Yeah, it is a bit of an underwhelming figure. Good for customs, though. If you put a dark brown wash over those guns they
would look more like desert pattern modern era weapons. Strange that we were gonna get Jurassic Park Joes, and now we get little Timmy as a Joe!
