Do any of the Star Wars collectors have an idea as to how much this is worth, as I've been asked if I have a Buy It Now price?

It looks to be quite a nice box, If I were you I would let the auction run and decline any "buy it now" offers.

Yeah, sounds like someone being sneaky and fishing for a bargain.
Tell him Buy it Now is £200.

If the box is good, which it looks to me, I think a fair buy-it-now would be £40.
I've bought and sold many SW boxes in the past.
Most I sold an empty box for was the Sears US-only Cantina cardboard playset which was a buy-it-now for £50.
I aquired it in a empty box lot off ebay which I bought, took out what I needed and sold the rest on. Paid about a hundred quid for the lot [6 or 7 boxes]
Hope that helps....

Hey Buddusky
Totally wandering off subject, but have you had problems with deliveries to Brazil?
I`ve always had a policy of not sending there either, too many items seem to disappear into thin air, or the customs like the look and it never gets passed on to the recipient.

Cool. Out of curiosity, what was the Buy-it-now price you were offered?
Re: Vintage Star Wars ESB Palitoy AT-AT Empty Box on eBay
Sorry Scoods...yeah I have had problems with Brazil, I sold a guy a super minty complete Moondancer which got lost. At the time there were other people having problems with Brazil.
Not Brazil, but I've also lost a MISB Cobra Roboskull to thieving postie in the U.K.!
Baron, the BIN was £25 at first then I told him the lads valuation (Spot on by the way) and he then offered £35.
Thanks again for the help!
Cheers
