Based on the radio operator.

It can't be Q Force Radio Operator as we already have the Sonar Officer, so I could do with some name-help please.....

Well to me these look more like Aquamarines, they make the other guys look like technicians.

I agree with Baron, these blokes look like Marines! The others could be Q Force Ratings (need a fishhead to give us some Naval terminology here!).
