got my first muton today

Post by plastik »

It came in a large lot. I know its a cheap shot but now as an owner I feel I am now able to fully convey my feelings on its crapness...

Sorry to its fans but for me hands down this has to be the worst figure, its outfit just makes no sense at all.

The helmet (at a push) is not too bad, but the body really could have done with some remodelling, even the legs would have been a good start.

Was he mean't to be a robot because he does'nt look like one, with all the weight it looks like it carries it would of cost the Baron a fortune to manufacture and blessed with the speed of a snail and the dagger on its leg, it must of been a formidable force for its enemies, hopefully it did not have hearing otherwise it would of heard all their sniggers whenever it went into battle.

Red Wolf and the Skeleton bloke also came in the lot, now they are cool.
I was never really into the red shadows but I've come around with most people way of thing and will be in the future seeking out more red shadows to bolster their ranks

Perhaps the Muton was designed to produce fits of hysterical laughter in its enemies....

....while their vision is obscured by the tears in their eyes the Shadows come and shoot em all....

Step 1 :muton: :muton: :muton:

Step 2 :inf: :points: :inf: :points: :inf: :points:

Step 3 :shadow: Bang! Bang! Bang!

Step 4 :inf:  :inf:  :inf:

Step 5 :shadow: :D
It's good to be back

I think the repaint job is quite imaginative compared to some others.
As for the 'reality' I think the Muton was some sort of 'heavy infantry'. Slow moving, but hard hitting.
As for being a robot, it must have been a cyborg. hence wearing a 'suit'.

The Muton was the enemy from hell dogs bollocks! Wasn't he?

"Let's terminate" :steeler: was an early sensitive and en-comiced crime... thereafter his plot subversive skills relegated him from BAF to the eternal table-top.

:quick:

PS. At least he got his 5 mins of BAF fame unlike :skeletron:
