25th Anniversary Comic Packs

Post by Destro »

Has anyone gotten hold of the new 25th anniversary comic packs. It's just that I'm struggling to get hold of the comics from the series and I've found out that one of the next releases includes Nemesis Enforcer V Lt Falcon (written by Larry Hama????) and I'm starting to think it might be worth just skipping them on my next continuity update.

I managed to get hold of the 1/2 issue series and they'll all being going in albeit not how they're all numbered. Also The Silent Issue Saga is now a major pain in the a**e to fit together now!!

do you mean the red star/duke storm shadow and slice and copperhead and shipwreck ones?

I just got them in Japan a few days ago

I LOVE the stories and other than the duke red star comic they are pretty easy to fit in

the only problem with the red star /duke comic is the placing of Horror Show

they should have made this guy dragonosky , that one simple fix would have made it easier to fit

A Day in the Life Of Springfield which has Scarface in it is numbered to fit in the Marvel continuity when he's dead so I've had to bring forward.

I've had a look on e-bay for them but can't see them, although E-Bay's changed it's search function on the UK website and I don't think it's picking up all the international auctions. I'll probably keep them out until I can get hold of them

I do find it really strange that Larry Hama is writing an issue with Nemesis Enforcer in it, I can only see him doing it tongue in cheek.

Maybe they had clones of Scarface as well as clones of Fred the Crimson Guard. I hadn't noticed that mistake until you mentioned it, I guess it been too long since I re-read the Marvel Joe comics. I get mixed up as to what order things went especially the whole Snake Eyes, Kwinn and Dr Venom storyline. Did Scarface die before Dr Venom, Kwinn and General Flagg bit the bullet?

All the above deaths were in the same issue (Issue 19). The cloning thing was Dr Mindbender's creation but in the anniversary comic he's still a dentist until we see his experiment go wrong near the end.

Yes I know, I'm a geek!!!
