WARNING! toyboxbargains AKA kakindafleet

Post by tintinlostsnowy »

Hi all
I think the account above "toyboxbargains" has been hijacked! I won something off kakindafleet who is now no longer registered and paid via paypal, the payment went to wrexhampilgrim@live.com it was then refunded and asked to pay into kakindafleet@live.com (alec fairweather)which i did (stupid i know but it was with a credit card so i can do a chargeback and that means paypal lose out not me!) as paypal only got me 0.23p back from £56.46
If you take a look at toyboxbargains his former ID is thewrexhampilgrim (phillp jones) who originally my payment was sent to!
He has only ever bought stuff before and never sold (he is also the only person to receive his goods from kakindafleet! and in the same day too!)so please be warned if any of you are bidding on his stuff and he refunds you asking for it to go to a different live.com account.
Or ask for local pick up and see if he will allow it!
I have informed ebay and paypal so if you bid hopefully they will have frozen his paypal account untill you get your goods.
Sometimes i can be wrong on this i really don't think i am and that is why i thought you should know
P.S. Sorry if this breaks any rules but i don't want you lads and lasses losing money when i could prevent it :wheels:

Cheers for that - I was watching the auction as possible army builders/customs and wondering why they seem cheap. Think I'll avoid - not cheap if you get nothing for your ££££££'s!!!

moonmonkey_2001 ( private ) feedback score 3
won most of his auctions (the ones which wern't private) ranging from star wars - lord of the rings - to an ornamental dog (WTF)
so it may be a case of shill bidding gone wrong or another ebayer who was swindled getting ready to take revenge by picking them up and getting his money back one way or the other
something really fishy going on i think i need to bid on something tonight and win so i can get his details and decide what to do from there :wheels:

Thanks for the heads up, he got me a about a week or so with a lot of 28 figures(£13). Still not here so have fired off a claim.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

If anyone does actually manage to get these vehicles from this bloke and fancies a trade for one I'd be interested - just looking through my spares bag last night and realised I've got a full set of spares to make a Shadowtrack (guns, missiles the lot - just no Trak!)

Cheers
Steve

But as nobody was interested at that time and I really wanted to get rid of them I have blown them up.

Literally that is!

DOH!!!!!! They'd have been perfect. I shall have to scour eBay once more.

May have a few Roboskull wing guns going spare too - got to check mine before I can confirm though. And for some ramdom reason I seem to have several of Doc's helmets!

I can feel a swaps list coming on.
