Help with photoshop for my decals

Hi everyones, i need some help. There are tons of great decals on this board and i want to print some of them for refresh my AF vehicles. The problem is, some scan are not perfect(decals aged about 25 years).
I know that some of you are very good with Photoshop and maybe someone can help me with this software.
All i need is a few step for refresh the decals scan.

I want to make 1 or 2 custom AF HISS tank and restore my Red Escape Armour with those decals. Hope to have help.
