Ive finished my custom Krakens at last, im pretty happy with him... It looke like he has a bit of a glazed eye but it was just the flash...

Fantastic job there. I'm curious about the red logo though, I noticed it on the Hiss II as well. Am I right in thinking you print your stickers on transparant plastic or similar?

He really is something else, and I like the paler green, gives him a far more unpleasant pallor.

If I have to pick one fault, well, I can't, but if I had to make one suggestion then, it's the feet. Love those old Kraken feet, is there any way of moulding or transplanting them?

the stickers are printed on decal paper which is either clear as in this case or white backed... ive got a couple of these krakens and i just preferred the clear background on him, when i post some of my shadow custom vehicles they have a white background which looks much better than my HISS / hyena 2...

the only thing i couldnt have done with this paper is match the original all white skull and crossbones...

Thanks, body parts were:
Original Kraken head obviously
Torso, groin, legs - 1985 Eel
Arms - Comic pack cobra trooper or gas mask trooper.

Dremelled the arms and legs a big to give him a fishy / reptiley appearance and of course to cover the watch on the cobra arms!

If anyone has any Kraken weapons / nets for trade please let me know. Ive yet to update my for trade list but ive got 6 Convention Coil Troopers, Convention Overlord and Convention Cobra Mortal to be added if anyone is interested.

I'm with Jamar on the Kraken front. Never did like it and thought it belonged to Star Wars or something like that back then, not Action Force. That said, that's a teriffic custom. Excellent work!
