Can someone in mainland Europe help me out?

I've won an ebay auction and the seller is based in Belgium.

The seller doesn't use paypal and wants payment via bank transfer which is a mainland Europe way of sending money which we don't really use much for small amounts in the UK.

I'm hoping some on mainland Europe has a paypal account and could do me a favour. Could they send the payment to the ebay seller via bank transfer if I paypal them the money?

Any help would be really appreciated!

As a final resort you can always send money via post.

I travel Belgium quite often for work. If the seller ends up pulling your legg, I am willing to incinerate a house or two.
