Car Robots' Combatrons! Hope you find Mega Octane, to say "Ruination, awaken!"

I'd been looking @ them for a while now, just for the weapons for I've got missing from my Combaticons...apart from cheap plastic does any one know if they would fit togeather with the classic combiners, to form the larger robots, or not?

Well, it's a bit odd as the Vortex and Blast Off still have their 'pegs' so in theory would be able to combine, but on the set with Swindle and Brawl (I think that's what he is called - the tank, anyway) these have been omitted. The weapons do seem to be identical to the G1 versions and strangely the figures have no holes to hold them, except Swindle who holds his perfectly (the tank has holes in his hands but they are too small so the gun only fits in tank mode). Basically they are pretty poor but good fun, except Swindle who is actually very good quality! The plastic is pretty decent, the paint job is both very neat and looks good, and - completely the opposite to the others - his joints are very stiff.

I think I'll keep an eye out for the Constructicons, as that would be very cool :D .

The colour schemes on these look more life like than any of the Hasbro ones

But those color schemes ARE from Has/Tak. They are from the Combatrons, repaints of the Combaticons who appeared in the Car Robots series. Tan Brawl is Armorhide, green Swindle is Rollbar, blue Vortex is Ro-Tor and white Blastoff is Movor (though Blastoff and Vortex had similar schemes in G2, albeit with camo). The Onslaught "twin" was named Mega-Octane and their combined form was named Ruination (who had more average intelligence than Bruticus).
