SAS Puma & driver
After Jimbobx's post about pimp up your Panther, this seems fitting. Not sure if anyone else here has done one, but I've coverted a Stinger in to a Puma, complete with new driver figure.
I'm planing on painting the wheel hubs yellow, but haven't got a pot of the Plastickote stuff at the moment. I was also toying with yellow missiles, so let me have your thoughts. Perhaps a few additional SAS stickers are needed, but I quite like the relatively low key sticker coverage (mainly re-used from the Stinger and borrowed from a Silent Attack). Hope you like.

I vote 100% for yellow missiles. What color would you make the lower missile parts though? I think its nearly perfect otherwise, maybe one more Dagger SAS logo on the part behind the door.

Yes, I was thinking of one of the Dagger logos behind the door. Like it's sister the Panther, but without the stripes. If I had the missiles yellow then I think I'd keep the bases black, although I know on my Q-Force Flying Fish, most people tought the yellow / black was too harsh a contrast.Shadow_Contact wrote:I vote 100% for yellow missiles. Brilliant work mate. How about looking for some suitable replacement missiles that are already yellow? I used some spare red missiles I had for my
custom chopper rather than paint some others and found it really effective.
The first lot of yellow missiles Scooby has spare would probably fit on the pegs and I think they would fit in great.

Re: SAS Puma & driver
That camo job is fantastic. Maybe sacrilege but I think your driver/vehicle combination is a way better fit for the SAS than Stalker/Panther.
Re: SAS Puma & driver
There's nothing wrong with yellow and black together, it was just non Q-Force.
This is excellent. You may get away with grey missiles, but I doubt it would be as striking.
