I'd have to say the mountain and artic figure pictured on the back of the early cards, as it came out as artic assualt and a completly different outfit.

the desert action man figure is called ground assault I think, I have it boxed and the aric and underwater assalt too, I can get some pics.

I would of thought that it would be fairly easy to do a red shadow as its mainly a german stormtrooper and with the 40th action man sets out now, you would'nt ...

personally I think there is loads of deadstock becuase Action Force was around at the time when toy shops started closing down in the mid 80's to be replaced by computer game shops, so loads ended up at warehouses.

they are worth a small fortune, I bthink made by denys fisher in this country but came from japan, 1/8th scale kinda like a bigger version of micronauts which always used to be the baddies to my action force team and they were the same scale so could use the space ships too
