Blood for the Baron!

I love the lineart on this, it's vibrant and clean with a lot of energy to it. Sadly let down by the colouring which is a bit too bland and puts me in mind of the early 90's when comic companies first started discovering computer colouring.

They don't look too bad, but I'll wait to see how the film actually is. Christopher Eccleston as Red Jackal er I mean Destro is a bit of choice casting though.

Ah well. Still at least we know there will be some new Action Man comics of a sort, and if they get the G.I. Joe license they may fold in some AM or original AF stuff into it. After all Hasbro seem to be quite happy to have continued the story from Marvel on to Devil's Due as opposed to the ...

I thought the models looked close to VvsV at first glance. I watched that on hasbro's site a while back and I enjoyed it. If only for Destro rocking a chunky rollneck sweater.

I wouldn't worry about the comic chances are Master Collector will release it to the Direct Market as they have done with the last two of the Transformers convention comics.

All I will say is that I hope that they give the Joe comic a better writer than the guy who does the Transformers comics.
