A few funnies

Whilst I was looking through my early photos of Action Force to see how I started, I found these, which I don't think I ever posted on here. Except for the last, I created them when I was playing around with a trial copy of Paint Shop Pro. As you can probably tell, I was in a rather irreverent mood ...

Re: Q Force Nautilus

Just start a thread, Jimbo, I'll make it into a Sticky.

Cheers Mate, you're a star. I'll get to work this evening on getting my thoughts together. I think they're are a few other members of the board who know a thing or two about digital photoshopping and the like, so hopefully everyone will put ...

Re: Clip with gijoes on stop motion....

I've just seen this for the first time today - it's brilliant. Now I wonder if it can be done for Action Force by the untrained...................Google Search, "stop motion video"......................

Re: Q Force Nautilus

if it's not giving away trade secrets jimbo - how do you get those underwater shots? Is it in a pool? They're brilliant!

Aha! Actually I know very little about taking pictures, etc. The f-stop is as incomprehensible to me as the g-spot. But when I started getting my Action Force back together ...

Re: Q Force Nautilus

I've never seen anything like this playset before or since I bought it in Cyprus. It is part of the same range as the Osprey. When I first bought it a couple of years ago, I even did some extensive internet searching to see where someone could get another, as after the emails I got from the Osprey ...

Re: Andy's Wave one custom ( something a little different )

Lost for words - a rare occurence.

I'm so impressed I'm typing this stood up; a bit of an electronic standing ovation you might say.

Go on then, do you think it can be done - Grenadier Guard? A likely addition if the line had continued.........

Mate,

That Underwater Explorer is perfect, absolutely spot on. You're turning out some classic figures here.

Makes me think of Shark, pre-Action Force.

Re: Goldbug's Kraken

I've got the same thing in a box somewhere downstairs, but I envisioned him as a experiment in genetics by ol' Ironblood; thus half-man, half-kraken, and their commander. The fins and helmet stayed red. Perfect set of deep water warriors for Q-Force, leaving the Shadow-Frogmen for the boys from Boat ...
