Nice one Baron.

I used a set of stickers I obtained by copying logo's into Word, sharpening up the image and colours then printing out to sticky address labels. they did need blending into the paint scheme a little but a dab of paint covers a multitude of sins.

Andy, yes some good possibilities with this stuff, see the string on " source for custom vehicles " for what can be done with the tank transporter. I have done mine in green as a Z force unit but still cannot get the colour right. It is a little small for the battle tank but does not look too bad ...

Play along toys are 3" or 1/24 scale. Helms deep is a great model but quite cramped for an Action Force figure.

I have tried to go the opposite way and create Lord of the Rings models in 3 3/4 scale using AF and Star Wars models, but they looked a bit silly. Darth Maul, with his face dremmelled out ...

Tescos have started selling these now and still do the Corps Ultra figures. Again decent vehicles but the figures suck..

Still no sign of the Chinook though.

You can get these from most Poundstretcher or Instore outlets for ?20. I have one which is a damn easy conversion to SAS due to the grey/black camo, by simply painting out the military star and replacing it with an SAS logo. I also painted the winch hook ( this actually winds back automatically ...
