A totally outrageous & malicious attack on an innocent & undefended motor car...if I've of caught the perpetrators doing it, I'd of put the bastard in casualty

I've worked & saved so f*cking hard for this vehicle & have taken real care & pride of it, spending many hours cleaning & polishing it, & some jealous toe-rag f*ckwit goes & spoils it within seconds! They just don't have any respect for other peoples property do they?

That's the last time I ever go to a car boot sale!

Sorry to rant, rave & bad langague guys ...but I'm so pissed off @ the moment & need to get it off my chest.

Cheers
T'shot

Let it out T'shot. Trouble is there seems to be an increasing number of people who have no thought either for the people around them or other's property. If only car boots had CCTV, I expect we could have got a posse together and gone after them!

Might be worth mentioning to the event organisers, perhaps somebody saw something? I suppose it counts as a criminal act.

Thanks guy's...the really annoying thing was it was parked on the side of the road due to the small car park being full up, it was a small one off, in aid of charity even.

I doubt the police would be interested, thankfully I off this week so I'll visit the garage 1st thing tomorrow morning, I just know it'll end up costing money to fix & will never look the same again.

It's a really deep scratch, almost going right down to the metal...in no conceivable was it coursed by accident by a passer by, which would of been some thing I could live with if they had owned up to, this was a deliberate attack of malicious vandalism.

I know I souldn't get so worked up about a car, & it can be fixed (hopefully) but...honestly it's just heart breaking.

It's been a bit of a bad time for a lot of us here recently what with one thing & another, ain't it?
I know this isn't as serious as some of things others here are going though in life, but it really is small things like this that really knock my faith in human nature.

I know. If it weren't for the Joecon Shads this year would rank as the worst ever for me and mine.

No need to apologize! People need to keep their f*ggin' hands off other people's properties, period! We've had similar incidents like this with a few of our cars in the past, so I know how you feel. It feels sh*t.

If you do that they'll win. To how many car boot sales did you go allready and nothing happened? My point exactly. Keep enjoying doing the things you do. Don't let jerks tell you how to live! If you don't have some idiot stalking you, statistically the chance of this happening to you again is very little.

Nasty little twat that did that.

Individual cops vary in attitude and the chances of finding the offender this time are next to nil, but overall the police are interested for pattern spotting in such crimes, and for target-led patrol. They will probably just record this crime if reported, with no follow-up, but if a few reports come in about the same types of crime in the same area around the same time then they might get a patrol to give it more attention which might provide some deterrent.

You've certainly get nothing to lose by reporting it. They may catch someone in the act as a result.
