..my first R.O.C. figure @ long last, for two main reasons 1: I really like the realistic contemporary average soldier look of :duke: , & 2: Toys-r-Us was selling him half price :-D

:-? I'm wondering if some thing's missing? His right thigh has a hole for a peg of some kind, I initially thought it was for his pistol..but there's no peg on that, & nothing else fell out of the bubble upon opening :-|

How come this 20+ year old :AFLogo: MP5 accessory looks better than many of the weapons issued with new action figures? :-?

If I didn't already have a ton of generic soldiers I probably would have caved on him for that reason too.

Nah, mine has that hole, too - had me stumped for a while but don't worry nothing is missing :)

R.O.C. figures are made from a limited number of different parts, so the hole might be for some other figure?

I thought so, but watching at yojoe.com, the only Duke that uses a pre-ROC mold was green. This one is tan.

On some legs like Destro's you can clip guns onto those holes, does that Duke have pegs on his guns?

Thanks T.E.M, it's good to know it's complete...I've seen a couple of review videos of this figure & on the comments section somebody mentions a seeing a prototype photo of him with a holster on the thigh, I'm guessing that never got produced but the hole for it survives in the finished item.
The pistol doesn't have any pegs @ all on it, which is a shame as it's such a small item, it's bound to get sepperated & lost @ some point.

that's a pity, holster would have been pretty cool
