Blood for the Baron!

Nothing complected I'm afraid.. Just a simple head swap for Trooper McDonald here, upon closer inspection, the tone of the flesh colour paint I used makes his hands look a tad sun burnt
But they don't look quite as bad from this angle Thanks for looking,

Thanks guys..I've also got plans for the original ( ) head, but I'll have to wait untill monday so that I can "borrow" a dab or two of paint from the shops art dept'....

the hands look bigger in the first photo...

they look more like brown gloves in the second...

not bad though...

I like the natural hands - looks right. Perhaps I'll try some of my figures with no gloves.

Yeah, the hands need re-painting a lighter shade to match the the face better..as for the hands looking bigger, take a look @ the original the flesh colour applications have the same effect on that figure too .

I was thinking of painting only his fingers & thumbs, leaving his palms & the back of his hands black, for a sort of fingerless gloves effect...but my painting skills are very rusty, maybe you could give that a go to Red Baron?

Oh, that is another very good idea. I will have to give that one a go at some point T'shot. I've been trying to finish a Q-Force Pilot for ages now, but I'm hoping he'll soon be finished. Also have a couple of SAS in progress myself.

Cool looking figure, great idea with the fingerless gloves too.
May have to try that one out.
