The two are my version of Krakens I have them in my latest story. The one on his own is wearing a mask/life support based on them and as a psychological tool.

Nope he is a normal man that took his name from the kraken he is a mad scientist type/torturer.

He is their creator in my new story he is restarting the Kraken project.
