I've got to admit to being a little disappointed with him up till now...but this one both he & the writers have seem to have got their act together & found the right tone & voice @ last, as this story seems to be a cracking one so far, part two next week.

First 1 was pretty good, second and third a tad ho hum. SO you watched ep 4, T'shot? It needs to go up a gear I think.

The Dalek one was good but the new doctor can't fight or look good fighting.

He's OK, but the scripts are naff. Daleks? WWII? Weeping Angels? Seen it all before. That bloody "one thing you don;t put in a trap" spiel was so laboured.
Sorry to say I think it's lost it's edge.

The 1st weeping angels story (Blink?) was one of the best...& don't forget the main target audience isn't us old jaded folks who have seen it all before, but younger kids who haven't experienced many, if @ all, any other sci-fi & horror films.
My work mates young grand children watched last nights episode cuddled up on the sofa with her & spent most of it hiding behind cushions because of the monsters..if thats not what Dr Who's all about please tell me what is?

Last night's looked good but I went to see Kick Ass which is really good so I will catch the episode on i-player at some point.
