Blood for the Baron!

After the longest, hardest winter I can remember we finally got to the car boot sale season! Hoorah!

Not much on offer with week one but hey, there's plenty of time now!

Two boxed Star Wars ships, sadly incomplete! Also a small handful of figures.



Bloody typical that they are the god awful Cobra La! But better than nothing!

I don't mind the Cobra-La figures I just didn't like their depiction in the movie. Nice ships though.

I kinda like the Red guy, nice haul you got your self there.....is that other guy from Jurassic Park?..I recognise the face from one I've got.

I went to Cheddar car boot this morning: found the world's saddest Shad, sitting on a shagged Millenium Falcon that the seller seemed to think would pay for her retirement. After convincing her that the Shad was NOT Star Wars she let me have it for 10p.

Was looking through some 80's annuals and got chatting to the seller; he's been getting rid of a lot of his well looked after childhood toys: he's got masses of Star Wars and had some Palitoy Action Force too, but I think from what I could gather he might've chucked it away - his words "I didn't think it'd be of interest to anybody" - cue big face palm from me! Anyway, he's going to check what he's got and he has my email address, so you can't say I didn't try!

Got a MOTU annual from before Orco was called Orco (he's Gorpo in this one) and all the figure photos are of the somewhat shoddy prototypes. Very interesting! Also got Airwolf, Terrahawks and Real Ghostbusters annuals.

Good finds mate. I really like Plo Koon's Starfighter.

Cool, my son has the right hand Obi Wan starfighter and its brilliant. He oft flies in formation with Luke and I in the X-wing around the back yard

Cobra la la are great for target practice at the range I have plans for when next I have to zero the .22 that involves a cheap chap mei figure ......

Ooo - lovely! Can we have pictures of Annie holding up each annual, and turning the pages please. In Hi Res if possible, so it saves me buying them as then I can just read yours!

Also had me chuckling that MissM's cardigan sleeve is falling off a bit more in each picture - "hurry up and take the piccie Eddie, or me cardy will be on the floor!". Or is it just trying to look a bit sexier to "pimp up" the Airwolf annual? If they ever bring back the price is right I think Annie should be one of 'Brucies dollies'!
