he has used my picture of the last one I sold which is still sitting at home as I have not shipped it to the buyer yet. The buyer is not him obviously but a collector in Belgium.

He's not the first to use my pics, it's a bit dodgey I feel.

I'd contact ebay. Do you have a link to your auction, please?

he doesn't even say that it's not the item pictured.

I had the same thing a year or two back,
I emailed the seller about it and he complemented me on my photography skills

we could all bombard him with messages...

the last time I noticed this it was the ebayer buybuycoolfigures or whatever he calls himself these days.

I think I'll drop ebay a line, rather than approach the seller
