Blood for the Baron!

Hello all.
I found this jeep the other day and thought it would look good for the Desert Ground Force.
I was going to paint it to fit in with them like i did the commander.
What do you guys think?
Shall i paint it or leave it?

paint it! but take the gun off maybe?

the base colour is pretty close .... perhaps just paint over the black camo with brown ?

I agree with Andy. Just add some extra paint to match the Ground Assault and add some series 1 AF stickers. By the way if you are going to rip the gun off and don't need it I will trade you for it.

agree with the above, ditch the gun and you're nearly good to go

I'm with Andy just add an extra shade of brown Camo'...the canon works O.K. for me, but if you do decide to rip it off, may I suggest adding a decent looking engine ?

Some Playmobil vehicles come with decent removable engines that could be used. May find a spare one on ebay.

Agree with the idea to make the camo match the ground assault figure.

The cannon with its bulky base is made to pop on and off so it would do no harm to look at it either way once the camo is complete.

I like the desert/ground force idea. Seems like something Palitoy would have considered. Scoobydie's Desert-Z Force set last year was cracking too.
