yes, it's the guy who did the Crimson Troopers, Desert Troopers, Arctic Troopers, Urban Troopers and the Red Shadow Troopers etc.

looking at his gallery he has cgs and hiss tank drivers hes had "made", dont believe he has customised these and am hoping these get sold at some point...
