Blood for the Baron!

Just received a bazooka for my Dolphin v2 and the sight and ends of the barrel are painted red. Is this someones handiwork or were there official releases that were painted this way?

I would have dismissed it as recent paint apps esp after checking the archive but for some reason it rings a bell and seem to remember my own being this way when I was a kid...

Any photo's?

Is the red paint the same colour & style used on 's visor? (did all 's have a red visor, I had a spair visor that wasn't painted)

will upload a pic but teh paint apps do look very like steelers visor in colour and application...

I've got three MISB Dolphins and did have six at one point, none of them had red paint apps on the bazooka.

gah! seriously, thanks for helping! dont suppose you have a spare grey helmet do you? with the addition of my bazooka im only missing a helmet to complete my jointed afdom...

Sorry mate not anymore. If you need another Bazooka head over to Yo Joe and post a wanted ad for an accessory pack Zap bazooka, they are exactly the same as Dolphins. You'll probably get one for next to nowt as they're really common.
