Sassari,Northern Sardinia.The main U.N. Complex.5 Chinook helicopters come into view & 1 by 1 they land gently on the heavily guarded airstrip.In each helicopter is a Top ranking General who has a very important role to play.Waiting for them is the President of the U.N.,A Canadian called Samuel Redman.He shakes the hands of each General as they step off their respective helicopter's.First was the U.K general then the French,Argentinian,American & Russian.
"Ladies & Gentlemen" began the president " I thank you all for attending this special gathering"
"Since the Red Shadow's plan to take over the world was foiled" said General Steele "We at Action Force have been put on full alert"
"Argen 7 will continue to fight Terrorists where ever they spring up from" stated General Shamak,newly appointed to lead the unit.
"GIJoe have had a few setbacks recently" added General Flagg III "As the acting Commander of GIJoe until General Hawk has recovered fully,we'll combine intel with all our friends"
"We at the Guarde le Bleu have gathered various info from our assault on a former Red Shadow base in Nimes just over a week ago" said General Leuvelle the 1st female General appointed in France.
"The Oktober Guard are at full strength" began General Red Star "Working close with our friends will rid this world of scumbags who believe violence will make the Soviet Union buckle under"

A huge round of applause began to deafen the ears of all the people in the conference room.
"Well my friends,all I can say is from every man & woman in the world-many thanks to you & all your brave agents who risk their lives everyday to rid our world of evil"
"If you need the U.N. as backup" continued the President "You know we'll help"

Meanwhile on the Andaman Islands a small group of scientists are rushing to & fro-checking computer screens & reading printouts from 4 printers.2 armed soldiers enter the melee of bodies followed by a large built man with urgency written on his face.
"Any news yet Dr Yeung?".His voice booming across the room making all the scientists turn towards the doctor,
"I grow impatient of any developments"
"My colleagues are doing the best they can General.We need more time"
"Time is not on your side Doctor.The Coil will rise from the ashes & I,OverLord,will lead our organisation back to where it belongs"
"I will make the world tremble when we conquer this planet"

The Doctor & his assistants nod in agreement as Overlord walks out of the room & makes his way to a chamber just along the corridor from where the scientists are working.A Coil trooper opens a huge door & sitting down at a table studying ancient tablets is a young man dressed regally.
"My emperor" bellows OverLord "Our plans are beginning to take off". "After hiding away since Serpentor's death here to rebuild our troops & morale-thanks to you we'll continue to grow until the world crumbles"
"Never underestimate the power of the Coil,OverLord together we'll show all those who oppose us-for I am HANNIBAL & I WILL DESTROY!!!!"
