Ok been on nights and just up and watching a bit of DS9. After all of these years it just dawned on me that when ODO shape Shifts so does his comms badge!!! When he goes back to humanoid form the badge works!!! So how does that work! And I know its Sci Fi but how?

Most answers to this will probably shut up and go back to bed!!

It's like Manimal, where did his clothes go when he changed into an animal..or that there Maya, the bird from Space 1999 with the eyebrows.
& Why didn't the Incredible Hulks trousers & underpants get ripped to shreds & fall off like the rest of his outfit did when he changed size?

not having a go. it's just something someone said once when i had the conversation some place else.

T-Shot, iirc, Hulk usually tore off the remnants of his shirts, but knowing he couldn't expose himself, never tore off his trousers...

So, not every part of the Hulks anatomy grew to super human proportions then?

theres a great scene in 1 of the Peter David Hulk comic issues, around issue 400 if memory serves, where Hulk has his clothes zapped off by the leader who is ever so slightly jealous of Hulks package

ok, ill er go and check out the hulks package...

I have considered this and I think I have an answer, would it be possible for ODO to shapeshift his nipple independantly into the said comms badge?
