I have a red jackel with no skull
factory painted
is this a german figure or a factory misprint

Wow! I've never seen this before!
I do know that the German release Red Shadows had no logos as part of their pacifist approach toward Action Force, but the second wave was never released. Your Red Jackal could be a german prototype?

is there any info on the prototype's fore germany !!!!!

Not that I'm aware of. My site archives (
http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/toys/german/index.html) were donated by
http://www.toyarchive.de/att/af_germany.htm. I don't know of any other source for the german releases.

Red Jackel was never released in a German version. German stuff only consists of wave 1.

Good question. I imagine it was a separate process with a universal template for all Shad figures. Just a guess though.
Another thought is he could have been an end-of-line production, midway between Shadow and Cobra era Palitoy.
