UK ROC costumes . . . Where did they show up?

I found 2 UK Rise of Cobra costumes on eBay this weekend. Completely different than the US costumes. So far I've seen a Snake Eyes, and an Accelerator Suit. Not being from the UK, I'd like to know 3 things: 1) Where did they show up? 2) Did anything else like this show up? And 3) can anyone get me a set for a decent price?

considering the fact it looks more like the reactive impact armour suit, i'd guess no.
