I think whoever won this will be disappointed.

Price seems a bit expensive until you notice jammer in the corner of the pic but I don't think whoever has won it realises that jammer is not included and probably some others as I count 30 figs (31 if you include Jammer) and an answer to a question says 28 figs included.
unethical? or is it the bidders fault for not reading the listing properly?
Did anyone on here win it? or am I wrong and it is actually worth that much?

How much! Prices seem to be going a bit mental at the mo. I thought with Christmas spending, Af sales on ebay would'nt hit silly prices but seems like I am wrong.

The description says that the only figure not included is the bottom right one (jammer), so however they counted it they have to provide all the others to the buyer.
As for Jammer, I have to wonder why he was in the pic in the first place. Seems to be inviting conflict and confusion to leave him sitting there. "Shenanigans!"

The picture was taken at first to show me what figures they had, when i say the jammer i bought him and they just seemed to use the same picture again for the ebay listing.

There is no reason to have something in a picture thats not up for sale. SO this is nothing other than an attempt to bump up the price.

false advertising is very poor form i would agree, but it does prove that you should read the listing before bidding.

Going by what Celtic joe is saying, it looks more like a case of laziness or ineptitude than anything malicious.

if the buyer is expecting Jammer, and going by the price it would appear so, he's in for a sh*tty afternoon.
