Blood for the Baron!

a few years ago i spotted a carded 3 3/4 viet cong carded fig at my local comic store.
wasnt too impressed with him at the time and have no idea who manufactured the toy but have been trying to locate 1 for a while now with no luck.
the fig was a standard viet cong fig with a rocket launcher.
has anyone come across any figs like this or know who produced them etc.
any help greatly appreciated

sorry didnt really describe this very well.

it was a gi joe style fig, black shirt/trousers and i think bare feet.
also think he had 1 of those round bamboo hats.

My search skills must be fading - can only find the 12-inch "Linh" one made by Dragon. Looking on their site can't see a 3.75 (1:18) version though. Will keep looking for you.

found some dragon ones and elite force i think.
right scale, wrong figure.

they look the same but pretty sure it was joe articulation.
the back of the card was blank, looked like a cheap knock-off to be honest
