Not really 'my thing' - jointed figures and a base vehicle that isn't Palitoy, but thanks to the generosity of Scoobydie [who gave it to me] a few licks of paint and we have the Super Skimmer with mystery Q Force driver-guy....

I am a Palitoy purest like you mate but I don't mind this guy and his vehicle at all although I think a different head with a helmet may endear it more to you.

I like it - so who should I credit this custom to in the site archives?

I agree with Humby, the head makes him look like Gung Ho's mate from the Blue Oyster. But it still looks uber cool!
