sort of reminds me of

you know lumbering, near indestructable yet with a child like mentality is just how I'd imagine

behaving on a battlefield..I guess that most of you guys don't share my view of

, but I'd be interested in knowing what others imagine he & other

members characters would be like, movie character wise.

I was musing on Mutons just the other day. Can they speak?

I don't think the

would build speech into them, as I think they would be very uncomplicated machines, a sort robot equivalent of a T34 tank..simple & basic in engineering terms, but very strong & reliable machines.
Is or was

a single character, or an army builder in the comic?

Ha! I watched it too the other night. Jeez that was a lot of shoulder pads.
The scrap in the Thunderdome with Mel Gibson and the big fella attached to stretchy tights is the only bit I ever remember. I'd forgotten that the big guy's helmet came off to reveal toothless baffoon! He looked a bit like..... insert a BFTB members name here of your choice

Army builder. They appear en masse in Operation Spearhead.

Never thought they could speak, deffo an army builder (like

and

). Assumed they were like a Commodore VIC-20 on amphetamines. Took a lot of shots from

to knock the buggers out once they were underway... Makes the T-34 analogy all the better too.
Guess they were just ultimately an early (in)human-IED. Otherwise handy for

's waste chute and mass attacks on

, but probably a little challenged on the battlefield mobility front

'Uploading ZX81 netware ... '

'Receiving"

'Insert the cassette. Press play'
10 years later

'Attack, attack, attack.'

Though I had a vivid dream as a kid which involved a talking Muton who was a pipe-smoking philospher in the Vale of York, he was the guardian of a nutter who was a cross between Captain Snell and

and drove a flying chitty-chitty-bang-bang car. Obviously the dream was a nightmare; most distressing.
