I know I've not been around as much as normal lately, so it may be partly my fault, but isn't it quiet around here this week??? Quick - lets get back to talking the usual bollocks and general tomfoolery????

Having said that, last time a post was popped up here saying "it's quiet" I believe the Mutour soon followed (have a peek at the Mutour section and thank Lady Jaye for that one!!) so I'd best be careful what I wish for!

I know a lot of regulars are away, or busy with 'life stuff' (tends to get in the way dont it!) but anyone got any interesting new additions to their collection???

Ironblood - how is that Bunker coming along?

Zakkfan - any new MASK items to add?

Everyone who got the HAWKS got them popped alongside the originals, or with any 25th stuff? (other than those have returned to me after a brief recon into Notts, ready for the actual mission itself ( ). I have to admit mine is still sat atop my cabinet waiting for me to clean up my original before I can take some snaps of all four together.

It's like a soap opera that has suddenly been paused!!!

I got a few good non - AF customs finished earlier this week, so hoping to get chance to force them on you all at some point over the weekend! Boss Hogg may well yet get his Coors trucked South of Texas is all I'll say at this stage

Other than the important AF related news from the SteveD residence is that I lost for a few days earlier in the week!!! (BFTB collectively holds its breath.....) luckily I found him, once I remembered I'd put him in a sh*tty Corps Plane that I'd bought, that had fallen down the back of my cabinet (I suspect foul play from the combined team of my Betrothed and my Sister in Law to Be, but I cant prove anything to the "Grimlock Standard", so had best not state they hid him).

Ok my exciting answer to that would have to be.... nothing new !

I needed some new paint which I don't have and to buy stuff like ladders which I also haven't got round to. I need to sort my telephone/broadband contract first before buying more stuff.

Just been dealing with real world crap this week

Also waiting for an AM 40th MP uniform to appear. Got it from the BAy 2 weeks ago for £21. Have emailed the guy to say where is it and he promptly blamed the posta strike! So he has until tomorrow. reckon he wasn't happy that it went for a low price, hey ho! Watch out sniper about!

Just been to the model shop to buy a kit that I didn't really need but got anyway, it would have been rude not to buy something!!

Also been working nights alot too, got a 15 hour session to do tomorrow night

AAhhhhhh - the old "customs on the backburner". There's so much on the backburner in SteveD Towers at the moment we've had to turn the heating down!!

I have Rhino, Switchblade, Matt Trackers car (which I always thought was a bit of a sh*t "transform" to be honest - doors pop up = wings and the bumper moves a bit!!! WTF???) and the beach buggy sort of thing. And no, you cant have them!

I'm trying to once more avoid AM at the moment, as I know I'd not be able to resist a "fix" and I'm meant to being good. And besides, Chopper is about to knock me 'off the wagon' big style with the AM stuff I fear, which may well open the floodgates!

I always do that! Especially once you get chatting to the owners! Even though you pop in for a browse you feel obliged to buy at least something. At one stage I had 5 pots of red paint purely out of the need to buy something. Proud to say I'm down to only half a pot left now, so legit need some more!!

Oh, and Scott Trakker and T Bob - the most annoying characters since Uni from Dungeons and Dragons or Telemakus from Ullysesssesesesesesesesesesesesesesesese.

I have seen great customs of Scott and T-Bob years on from their original appearances. Scott has a leather jacket and an assault rifle and T-Bob looks more like a modern scooter but was armed with guns, I saw them both on JoeCustoms.
