Daleks. The Borg might adapt to the death-rays, but they couldn't assimilate the Daleks and they'd never survive a Dalek self-destruct.

Unicron wouldn't get close enough...even in robot mode, he'd be blown to bits by the Deathstar's planet destroying weapon as soon as he got into firing range.

Seeing as Dai-X was a puppet and not very big the Godzilla actor could take a crap on it or cut the wires.

Dai-X was a rod puppet for the flying bits, & a man in a suit for the fighty bits...whoops! started to take this a bit seriously for a moment, soz..
