Blood for the Baron!

I went down to the Manx Military Museum today with my parents my dad volunteers down there it was a scorching day for a change. I got talking to someone I used to work with he was painting the Bofors gun by the entrance he asked me to help so I did. We had a few beers and a barbecue apparently his company were on a social/give back to the community do and were helping out down the museum. Pics will follow as soon as I have been sent them. Needless to say I had a good time painting the gun in desert colours I also picked up a book called Kamikaze Japan's Suicide Samurai for 50p it was £6.99.

No it was undercoated red it had rusted from being out in the sun for years Baron. If I could have got away with putting a I would have done. They had green originally as far as I know but for whatever reason wanted to have it in desert colours now.
