What are everyone's collecting goals... Plus goals for 2009? Or do people ont work like that?

1) Mine are to have a full run of loose GI Joe figures from 1982-1987 plus UK variants.

2) To collect the GI Joe 25th Anniversary Figures I like.

3) Some of the Movie Figures

(4) Complete the blue packaging Clone Wars figures)

My goals for 2009 are the first series of UK Action Force figures that came in the GI Joe style packaging.

Maybe a few of the vehicles

my goals are to get a complete AWE Striker and Crankcase, a complete Big Bear v1, a complete Stinger & Driver, a Ferret, a Silver Mirage and an Armadillo and to get a second Viper, CG, blue shirt and maybe Eel. oh, yeah and a complete and but they're longer-term...

i also want to get a complete and incomplete and figures for the two customs i want. and maybe a Wolverine complete and

Mine are:-

1) To get more Oktober Guard if I can

2) The remainder of the founding joes

3) Movie Vipers,MARS and The Doctor figures

4) The other Renegades

5) Some more Vipers

6) Finish off some more vehicles

Awww - I clicked onto this thread expecting to see a lovely collection of goalposts. Or perhaps a video package of a GI Robs stunning 30 yard belters into the back of the net!

But being realistic (not in any order of preference):-
1. I 'need' 8 MOC figures to complete my set (seven if you exclude my endless quest for Baron with Black Gloves)
2. Loose figures I'd like a Q Force Sonar officer with the blue tassly bits (the variant one)
3. Quite like a boxed FANG or HAWK
4. More acrylic cases for my MOC stuff to tidy the shelves a bit.
5. I'd like to shag Cameron Diaz.

No time scale on it all, just my collecting goals.

Although for number 5 within the next year before I get married would seem to make sense, as then it's not grounds for divorce.

finish my shad army-need escape armour and some more shads.

complete the rest of my AF teams.

finish my vintage and 25th Cobra figures.

finish my Batman animated collection-just need a couple more figs and a few vehicles.

finish my justice league unlimited collection.

restart my vintage SW collection again-keep doing this then moving on to other things.

Thanks to a stupid c*@#t putting me in hospital in a car crash,I achieved my biggest collecting goal a coulple of years back, thanks to the insurance payout..to get a complete set of loose vintage Star Wars figures (if you don't count the vinyl caped Jawa)& even managed to get a good deal on a tall blue Snaggletooth.

wise I've more or less got all the figures I set out to get..I'd love to own a Night Raven, but just haven't got the room for it.

I @ that point in life now,collecting wise, I'm more than happy with what I've managed to obtain & apart from a couple of Actionman uniforms I had as a kid & would love to own again, I can sit back & think "enough is enough".

The only goal I do have now, is being able to display my collection in my own private "toy museum"..plenty of time, just not enough house space or money@ the moment.

Blimey alot to do there guys, I think mine one maybe the least comlpicated, I only want to have a complete set of Palitoy stuff. Wave 1,2 & 3 and I will be happy although have'nt seen a Z force Command ctr on ebay for ages.

Got some very modest collecting goals...
Complete my Devilfish (only two small missiles to go...Cheers Andy!)
Get a ferret or two.
Complete my MOC 25th Ann collection. (Yellow cam Stalker & Gold head Pimp Destro are a teensy bit problematic)
Get a 25th Ann Sting Raider.
Build a squad of 25th Ann Televipers (with stands and gear...still don't know where the gear is coming from or why I want to do it...must be something to do with my buried Televiper in Lanzarote)
Build a squad of 25th Ann Alley Vipers (10 should do it)

Not looking that modest now I look at it...

1,2 and 3 are doable on my list.
