Looks to me like one of them things you put in shoes to stretch them a bit if they are a bit tight when you first get them? Is that much use?

Thank you, Eddie. Well, thanks everyone. However, since I don't have a Wolf (despite having an Ice-Viper) and TKW, my bro and me all mistook it for a Chameleon, I think I'll repurpose it as a sort of "Chameleon Mark 2", at least til I get a Wolf.
