Is it? Actually, if it is still there, lets just let it run with two votes? I've just placed my second one for the Zargonites. It'll produce a similar end result - we'll just all have voted twice!

EDIT - I lied. When I got to a clicking I couldn't resist a vote for the "Black Knight" :muton:

Revoting and having two votes are not the same thing.

Good point well put Boss! But I voted twice anyway. I figure if I'm already having to run for the hills to escape your wrath I might aswell cause mayhem in my final few minutes without a bullet whistling after me....

Underwater Explorer:
  • Figure would fit the original Action Force line perfectly.
  • It stands out in originality. It is not 'just another guy with a gun'.
  • Figure breaths nostalgia, really 80-ies.
  • Painskills are perfect
And finally, I think this figure is very James Bond-ish, which makes the figure even more cool.

It's interesting Andy, that you included the wheeled Muton & the Afrika Korps, at the expense of either of your excellent Z Force guys or the Q Force guy with shorts.

All 3 of those, I've stolen in pairs as they are really excellent customs.

I know the whole point is your personal faves, but it's surprising to me that none of those made the ten.

Its also interesting how popular the Zargonites are.

In the Action Man world, the Zargonites get thrown out with the trash by most collectors.

The Space Ranger collection is thought of as a weak point [although I LOVE them!] of the entire range and the Zargonites are almost the lowest of the low in the AM world.

Yet here, they rule the Andy roust!

I like your Zargon customs very much, yet have no desire to own the real life AM equivalents.

Toy collecting is a funny old business....

The sidecar is from the World peacekeepers range, although this one has had quite a few alterations !

It would appear that everyone is able to change their vote, which does NOT count as 2 votes.

I have changed this in the poll so revoting is not allowed but for some reason it still is !

this is in no way meant to be taken badly by you paul, but this is my concern about custom contests on here, i bet a few of the people who voted for the zargonites dont even know who they are, it's a custom contest & thats what should count the most, quality of the custom not subject matter. the zargonite customs are incredible, ive not seen anyone else do them before & that is perhaps BECAUSE they are not too popular! small scale action man customs are great, but if you think about it, thats what they are anyway! the zargonites took a LOT of work.
like i said, this isnt supposed to be taken badly by you, i just hope you can look @ the work that goes into ALL customs, not just palitoy ones. to be honest, i cant imagine seeing anything i would vote for above andy's zargonites or his diver as they are both VERY good, as are the barons incredible vehicles so please dont feel im anti palitoy or anything but i noticed you still felt the need to mention how you were not happy about non AF/palitoy customs but hope you can accept things & vote fairly.
i havent had a chance to see if anyone else has posted, but that what im going to do now! i hope this site stays predominantly AF, but the link with G.I. Joe is so strong, i personally feel it has to be acknowledged.
if anyone feels offended by this comment, please pm me & let me know & i will amend anything i have done that is offensive, but lets not start a bickering match as that is not my intention, just had to get this off my chest!

once again andy, i am in awe, sorry to jump on your thread!

f*cking awesome!
andy, i have a space force fig like this i have started to cut the mask out of, not realising it had already been done! you are welcome to him if you want to make more, but if possible, i would love to get hold of a zargonite captain/leader (cant remember his name?!) if you can make another one......... I actually liked the AM of him, i felt there were not enough bad guys @the time (this was before dr. x or his tacky robots as far as im aware......
this figure should of been released in the AF line, space force could have been featured more then!
