Axiom Nexus is a city from which you can access to any universe in the multiverse. It appears in the Transformers Collectors' Club comic. I mention it to talk about Joe alternate universes because I firmly believe that Transformers G1 and GI Joe ARAH share the same universe (I mean, Marvel TFs and Marvel Joes; Sunbow TFs and Sunbow Joes, and so on)

Oh, how I love the internet! I finally have proof that I am not maddest person in the room anymore!
Got to go with McCoy, if only for Virgins New Adventures books. For me at least they kept Dr Who alive after Micheal Grade had the show cancelled.
Damn you Micheal Grade! Damn you to hell!

I hear what your saying Troughton just edges out Tennant on my list by such a small margin.
Slightly off topic, I enjoy the Mcgann movie, what are his best Big Finnish audio adventures (so I can continue his story)?
Also I so am getting this for christmas

(Sorry about going off on different tangents, I dont get to talk Who often)

Re: Who is your favorite Doctor?
There was a poll for this on Yahoo (I think) just the other week - bizarrely Colin Baker came out way in front; I can only assume most people were getting confused with Tom Baker, which is where my money would have been for the popular vote. For me Christopher Eccleston, easily. I lost interest shortly after David Tennant took over. Not because of him (I thought he was great in Taking Over the Asylum with Ken Stott), but the show just went off on a tangent that wasn't for me. To be blunt, I think it disappeared up it's own bottom, which is why I'm personally glad that the team behind Ashes to Ashes decided to call it a day before the BBC just rode the wheels off it like they did with Dr Who. When they brought in Katherine Tate is when they finally jumped the shark imho.
And yes, I did and still do have a huge crush on Ace
. I've actually got a couple of autographed trading cards lying around somewhere ...

Catherine Tate was the best companion in Nu Who!
