He looks very Vaughn-ish when you take the helmet out. Great job.
Is Vaughn one and the same with

within your toy continuity?

That's a good base fig for a Shadow custom, also the mouth thing is reminiscent of Red Scream!
What's the original figure?

its a claws commander, cool figure except for the lower arms.
the same mold, with different arms and head, was used for the dtc crimson guard and tomax/xamot pilot figs.
i used the dtc fig for my shadow custom.
i think it would be possible and had plans to repaint the face plate of the helmet to make it look like a skull but never got around to it.

No as I have the Major and the Baron as well as Vaughn my continuity is kind of building on to the BAF one minus Cobra.
In mine the Baron laid low while Cobra came into prominence CC was a protege that betrayed him he sent Vaughn's contingent to deal with him as seen in Dawn of the Red Shadows by DDP. Artur and Dela were eventually rescued after World War III by DDP which led to Artur in effect becoming Wraith II the Jackal was left for dead after a space battle with Space Force but was eventually retrieved he lost an arm and was fitted with a cannon becoming more of a cyborg. The Baron learnt about the meteor in Tunguska, Russia and soon had the occupant of the craft re-built as Red Lucifer other operatives rallied to his banner like Black Scarab (a brainwashed Kurt Mueller Quickfire's younger brother). After the defeat of Wilder's Red Shadows he took the name Nightmare as his own to fill the gap left and also because he became a nightmare to the Joes and Cobra.

Looks like your photos have been replaced by files of the same name, Ironblood.

I know! The other one is from your WIP bunker - have to make sure that gets renamed on the other thread if you replace it.
