it's an audio play adaptation of a script that was done for Tom Baker but got canned due to a strike. the script's since been adapted into a web-cast and an audio starring the Eighth Doctor.

yeah, but im a cheapskate! downloaded all my others for free!
if anyone hasnt already heard these (only rada is an old script, i believe all the others are originals) & are a fan of the doc then you should listen to them, they are awesome!

Off-topic I recommend Knightfall and beyond and the Death of Superman serialied on radio 1 in the 1990's as far as I know they are on tape only
