I have just spoken to a lady at Direct Choice Car Insurance who seems a little unsure as to what a) a car is and b) what an insurance policy is.

and wanted to spell my surname Maiiaii - after I had spelled it to her using the phoenetic alphabet. Slowly.

right, they've taken my money but they say they haven't taken my money. I had to do the policy from scratch as we're changing addresses on the day of the renewal but they couldn't cope with that; they said I would have to renew at my current address, then phone up and change addresses, for which I would incur amendment fees and extra policy costs amounting to approx. £90.

So, I started from scratch through some price comparison sites, and Direct Choice still came up as the cheapest by a country mile, so I clicked the link and paid for the policy, upon which I don't get a confirmation screen, I just get an "unnamed document", so I phone them up, get put through to customer services and get cut off in the process. So I phone them up again, again I get put through to customer services who say that the amount I just had quoted online wasn't correct and it should be £12 more. Then I had to go as a customer came in

GODDAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
