Black Major with West German Schwarzer Major Map
I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this but there seem to be several carded Black Majors for sale on Ebay with the West German Schwarzer Major red ATT Map instead of the red Code Book.
These are on French/Dutch cards (Le Baron Noir/Zwarte Majoor).
I’ve got one & have won another, when I decide which one to open I will post a Scan of the Map.

Interesting. There is a scan at Clemens site, but only of one side (perhaps it is blank on the other?).



Strange how it has the ATT logo and not Terror Bande.

I have been searching for a good copy of the ATT map for years! I never thought to look closely at a non-German release MOC to find one

I just did a search on eBay and was not able to find any Black Majors. Are they all gone now, or am I not searching very well? Could you post a URL?

Does any have a translation of the message thats on the map?

I've got two blach majors - one English and one of these foreign ones, and my foreign one is the same - att map. And I'd never noticed!

Not sure if that looks translatable ? is it actual writing or just squiggles ?

Looks like scrible too me. Maybe if there is a larger picture?
Perhaps the Schwarze Major stole the map from ATT.

I just got my second pack & have opened the worst one, here are the scans of the Map. I was surprised to see that the Code Book was included on the "inside".

Looking at the picture on Clemens Scholl site I think it is probably the same as mine but the middle section is folded back on itself to show only the "front" & "back" sections.

There seems to be a slight difference in the Code Book lettering to the original Black Major version, for example the code letters for M, S, X & 8 are slightly different.

I can't tell whether that's writing (in German?) or squiggles (in German?) on the "front" but it is different to the writing on Black Majors Code Book.
