Midnight Guard

Was messing around with a few spares this morning and came up with these guys:-

The Midnight Guard, or, as they are know to their colleagues, the Moonlight Shadows ("carried away, on a moonlight shadow" ahem, sorry, back to the items)

Black one is definitely the best -

Doubt I'll be able to keep them jacketed up with the Trench coats as they are needed for other things, but might just keep the one black one.

They are basically Black Major body, with SAS Diver head, lovely Trench coat, and the helmets are from the later Joe's - I think Crimson Shadow Guard or something?

Sorry the pics are a bit crap - I had to snap them in a rush and my camera is playing up even more than normal.

Not sure that these count as my first customs, as I'd rather that title wait for the Shadow Elite Guard that should hopefully be finished this week sometime!

The green jacket was soon claimed back by Stormie however, with his ever growing enterage:-

They do also come in red, well, more of a Crimson, but four of these will be red by the end of the week (hopefully) and should have a nice black triangle with skull and crossbones on (if I can hold steady enough to paint it!). They don't fit everyone that well though:

(that's just undercoated, so I know it's not a good colour match)

These are the prologue to my first customs andy, which are prototypes for my grander plan! So these are prologue to the prototypes!

The black coat is from the ss set, but only got the one of them now. Brown one is ultimate soldier range. I've got quite a lot of them!

This phrase is doomed to remind me of Kosh every single time.

Sorry bill - no spares of them. In fact, the opposite - I had to buy some figures just for their coats!
