Ive seen a Mountain + Arctic Carded, but not the Ground Assault.
The list of Missing Carded from the site is as follows:
Australian SAS
Deep Sea Diver
US Paratrooper
Ground Assault
Helicopter Pilot (Green)
Night Attack Pilot
Quite similar to yours.

Of the later figures the Rarest must be: MINESWEEPER
